the number, the dimmer the lamps will be when saving power.

Game Restart
When you press the Start button during or after the 2nd ball, the game in progress ends
and a new game begins. This adjustment determines how to handle this.
Settings: Never - Don't allow a new game start until the current game is over.
Slow - Restart if the Start button is pressed continuously for over 1/2 second.
This helps to prevent the unintended restart of the game in progress.
Instantly - Restart as soon as the Start button is pressed. When you press the
Start button during game over, or during the 1st ball (to add a
player), it is always handled instantly.
