determine whether the 'difficulty level' for this game in this location needs to
change to obtain a higher level of earnings from the game or to provide a greater
challenge to the location's players.
Once the 'dffflculty level' is changed, a careful review of the Audit Items will reveal
whether the change has achieved this higher-earntngs goal. Sometimes, one (or
more) of the Adjustment Items needs further change to keep the number of plays
high, while still keeping the earnings level high.
