Use the "Enter" button to move to the $1.50 field. Now press the "_" button once to create the
following display:

Now press the "Enter" button. The display will now show:

Note that the line "5) $2.00 6 cred." no longer fits on the display. Whenever there are more
than four pricing levels that the display will scroll up and down as "Enter" and "Escape" are used
to move from field to field. If you repeatedly press "Enter" the display will then show:

Clear
This will clear out the current entries to allow a new price mode to be entered.
Repeat (1-20)
This will cause all entries above the current line to be repeated the number of
times specified. This is only available when there are no pricing levels below the
current line.
Example:

2/$1.00
15/$5.00
Use the "Edit New Pricing Mode" feature described below to clear out the current levels.
Use
