MMR Support [MMR Members Only] / MMR shaker interaction question.

Can someone give me an instance where the shaker should be rock'n for more than a few seconds.
I went into the shaker test and it works. I have played on both factory settings and strong shaker settings and I just don't feel it.
In test mode works like a charm.
