I have a credit dot with a "Castle Gate Stuck Closed" error; in game play the castle gate does not open. Can I fix this myself or is something broken? (I have opened a helpdesk ticket.)

Where does the microSD card get inserted into the MMr control board? In the USB port on top? (I assume that's why the instructions mention the need for a USB/microSD adapter but just want to be sure.)

One of my FIRE lane switches was defective. (CGC sent a new one.) Are you seeing any switch errors?

My back right castle turret has fallen off its base. How should I go about reattaching it? If I just stick it back on there I assume it won't stay - should it be glued on?

Lloyd - the switch does not respond when tested. Looking underneath I do not see any obviously loose connections.

Just got my MMr today. The only significant issue I've run into so far is that my right inlane is not registering; in test mode I get the error shown in the photo. What's the fix for this? Thanks.
