Hi Rick,
Could you tell us what will be the tax policy and shipping cost for the next remake now you are based in Nevada ?
For example, is it going to be tax-free when shipped to California (or any other state) ? If not, how much tax will be charged ?
What shipping cost will you be able to offer, again for California, but I think it might interest other customers from other states as well.
Thanks.
Leo.

Leo,
I can only speak for CA, but I believe if you purchase something out of state with no tax, you are required to notify the State of CA and pay the appropriate sales tax. Don't think it would be up to Rick and PPS to do that...
Someone with more knowledge, please correct me if I'm wrong.

Tax is not 'our' policy, but the laws of various states, and it can get very complicated with multi-state situations, etc.
Specifically - as we are no longer as of Jan 1 2016 a California corporation and are a Nevada corporation, PPS is not required to collect CA Sales Tax (and the customer is supposed to pay use tax), etc, we are required to collect Nevada sales tax for any customers in Nevada.

Ok thanks, so remake #2 will be sold without sales tax for out-of-Nevada customer (customer responsability to declare the purchase).
Any idea about the shipping cost to San Jose ?

To be clear - remake #2 will be sold to CA residents without sales tax - as PPS is not required given we are a NV corporation. Shipping cost from Chicago to San Jose would be usually $300-$400 depending on where and other specifics.

Thanks Rick.

Hey Rick are you able to reveal who is building AFMr yet? I've heard Stern isn't involved with this one.

It's been reported Chicago Gaming built an assembly line and will be making AFMR.
