Good call, Lloyd. Although I may have mistakenly posted the wrong year, you are correct, sir!

A U.S. release (BALLY MIDWAY) although it was also released in Europe with the title changed.

Not Mortal Kombat. It's a pin first produced in 1983.

There's so much to unpack & sort through here at PPS that I'm coming across some pretty interesting stuff almost every day. I'd like to use this thread to share it with everyone. Ever come across the unique, interesting or downright bizarre in your pin quest? Please feel free to share it with us here! We'd love to hear from you.

Anyone know what machine this image is from?

PPS Parts (incl Artwork) In Progress / POLICE FORCE COLOR ISSUES
« on: December 19, 2014, 03:07:16 PM »
We found the films for this game...we've noticed differences in the art...some back boxes don't have the character...and the coinboxes I've seen don't have the additional artwork.
Here's what we found on the films...does anyone have any insights? Most of the reference images we've found for this pin don't seem to have the blue in the backbox (or in some cases, including the release fliers for this game, any image at all under the Williams logo). Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Attention Bay Area Pinball Community: PPS is in search of local owners of BLACK ROSE and/or THE GETAWAY (specifically backglasses) in order to color match for translite production. Please contact us if you have one of these pins that we can come check out. Thanks for any help that you may be able to provide.
