MMR Support [MMR Members Only] / Ball stuck under peasant ramp from moat eject

Anyone experience the ball getting stuck under the peasant ramp? Checking to see if there is a known fix. Thank you

MMR Support [MMR Members Only] / Lock 3 insert light stays on

When starting multiball and at other seemingly random times, my lock 3 insert light stays lit. Anyone else having this issue? Curious if this is a software bug that will be fixed or if there is some hardware issue going on. Thanks.

Does anyone know what the black plate with the 4 screw holes at the corners that comes in the coinbox is for? Thanks guys.
