Paul, did you email me this morning ? If so it was rejected by your IP.

Please go over all connectors from power supply through the game to the controller board. Reseat if necessary. I'd start up at the controller board.

If still no go, please open a ticket. In case we need to get you something.

Thank you,

PPS just posted this :

Here is a little bit of info for MMR support - if you have an issue relative to the game (if for example a shipping damage issue that goes to your reseller or you depending on who setup the shipping), then here is some information:

- There is a helpdesk for MMR support - this is the BEST way to get support as a number of people at all hours are connected to the helpdesk (via email, etc) it is You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
- There is a phone support number which is on the front of the manual which is Chicago Gaming's 800 support number 1-800-379-9776 FREE(option Pinball Maintenance Press 1). Depending on who is around when you may leave a message which will get routed to support - but again, helpdesk is best as it is a text version that can be more easily handled.
- Registration Card - fill in the registration card (if no card, the fill in a helpdesk ticket and we will get you a registration card), you can mail it to Chicago Gaming or email it to You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

No, in searching ICT from Happ was the best price I found.

Then I had to find an ICT 300 stacker, Happ only has 500 and that won't fit.

People have suggested Pyramid, though I have no experience with them.

The manual is right. And the board is marked 4 A.

No idea how the wrong fuse got in your game.

The fuse you need is a 4 amp slow blow ( time delayed ).

I spoke with Doug several times last week and he said your new power supply board was sent.

I'll check on the touch up paint.

The micro mini switch has a flat metal piece sticking out with a steel wire attached to it, bent in various shapes for it's position the playfield. The wire part is what you adjust, if it needs it.

You need to adjust the wire part the ball rolls over. Those you want to make any adjustments past the body of the switch, so you don't effect the part that pushes the plastic knob into the switch body. And check them after an adjustment in switch edge test. To be sure they work, and aren't too high or something and trap the ball.

Depending on where the switch is. The micro minis - some can be loosened and the switch body moved up or down. Some you need to adjust the wire part the ball rolls over. Those you want to make any adjustments past the body of the switch, so you don't effect the part that pushes the plastic knob into the switch body. And check them after an adjustment in switch edge test. To be sure they work, and aren't too high or something and trap the ball.

A little tweaking and anyone can learn the fine art of switch adjusting.

They can be checked in switch edge test. In that test hit the switch and make sure the right one reports on the screen.

Flaky can be as simple as needing adjusting so a ball triggers it, to the connector to the board is loose.

You can put a meter on the switch with the game turned off and verify if the switch works.

On this new of a game, most problems will just be adjusting the switch so the ball triggers it.

MMR Support [MMR Members Only] / Re: Coin mechs ? What is needed .
« on: April 22, 2015, 01:56:54 PM »
Any 25 cent mech will work. I prefer the metal ones. There are three holes on each side, and usually come with two studs screwed into those holes each side. For the coin door on MMR, with the mech facing you, you don't need any studs on the right side of the mech, and on the left side you need studs in the top and bottom holes only.

All you need is the mech. On the coin door all the mounting stuff is there. Lift the plastic flap up, snap the mech in - flat side to the coin door and stud side to the outside. Lower the plastic flap so it hooks the studs, and you are good to go.
