Is it necessary for everyone to put in a ticket for this or just wait to hear what CGC is going to do?

Swapping an unpopulated playfield is a s**t ton of work, and something I'm not comfortable doing.  For $8k, I don't think I should have to either.

I would expect a fully populated playfield swap.  I'm sure I'm not the only one that wouldn't be able to swap a full playfield of ramps/mechs etc...
They f'd up, do the right thing.  Time for customer service to shine if they expect to keep selling games in the future.

I tried that but got too many bounce outs.  When two get stuck in there, I just shake the crap out of it until they come free.

Mine has the same issue.  #4xx

Sounds like a lot of people are having this issue.  Guess I'll have to set my t/d and see what happens.

I've upped my flipper power to +2.  Actually, during a family party with several hours of play, I upped them to +4 and they still seemed a bit weak.

I've done the software update.  I still get the occasional speaker crackle.  Shouldn't say still, as it never happened before I did the update.
I never set the date to begin with.  Is there a reason to be concerned about the date?  No biggie to me.?

I don't recall seeing that in my hardware bag. :-(

I noticed when entering intitials for Madness Champion that the M on madness doesn't fit on the screen. It is kind of cut off and lower than the rest of the text. Not sure if that is normal or not.

Same issue with mine.  Doesn't look like there is much adjustment to be done with the eject mech.  Has anyone figured out a fix?

Ah I guess I misunderstood.  Any chance you will sell wireforms that are powdercoated to match the trim?

I highly doubt.  I think these different trim options have already been enough of a hassle.
