Game down, no high power on coils. All fuses good. Anybody else experience this at 252 games?

MMR Support [MMR Members Only] / MMr hardware error message

Today brings another issue. DMD says
" Hardware error
Cannot communicate with play field
Please check all connections"
reseated all connectors and even tried a new ethernet cable with zero change. Anyone else get this message or have this problem yet?
Ticket submitted but it seems as though this is an unknown issue so far.......:-(

I put the right side into the left spot and it didn't lite up. I have a "big board" ordered and on the way. Out of warranty. $299. plus shipping.

Left outline lights are out. Tried right outlane mini board swap in and no change. Out of warranty apparently. Anyone else experience this yet? Help ticket response suggests a problem on main board and to replace it. Has anyone tried to replace components of the big board yet! Seems like a waste to replace an expensive big board for 2 led's........
