Title: MMr hardware error message

Today brings another issue. DMD says
" Hardware error
Cannot communicate with play field
Please check all connections"


reseated all connectors and even tried a new ethernet cable with zero change.  Anyone else get this message or have this problem yet?


Ticket submitted but it seems as though this is an unknown issue so far.......:-(
