nice, yeah they seem to respond good to real issues. Some people complain they never hear back, but I think it's just those people whining about the inserts.

Worst picture ever, try again

Mine also kept coming lose. I ended up putting nuts on the back side to secure it to the plate. Works fine now

6
Mine was also very hard to get out. I couldn't get it back in without taking the top trim piece off.

I can't help but notice that a 3D translite for MM first appeared.....Then AFM and WW........Doesn't that make it pretty obvious the next 2 remakes are AFM and WW? Not sure which order, though I suspect AFM then WW.......Thoughts?

I also had trouble with getting my backglass back in. It was hard to get out and then impossible to put back in. I removed the top trim piece and it was still very tight but I did manage to get it back in. Kinda odd....

Mine does the exact same thing, ball comes down out of the right orbit, bounces off the rubber at the top of the right sling shot and either goes to the left flipper or down the middle. Haven't worked on adjusting it yet, hopeful some minor tweaks to the ball guide will do the trick.

I received an email from CGC today. They said they have diffusers which lessen the effect of the bright LED's and are going to include them with all future new manufactured machines.

My issue is as follows:

I went to Logan Arcade in Chicago tonight, which has one of the original MMR's. Their inserts are nice and black, the LED's don't wash out the inserts at all. I do not believe the issue is purely a LED brightness issue, I think they do have an ink blackness issue and are trying to fix it with lighting changes. Not sure thats acceptable....Thoughts from my fellow MMR owners?

I opened a ticket on mine, it does seem odd how faded they appear when the lights are on. The white ones at the bottom are the worse and, just like others have said, I can't read them at all with the lights on, with the lights off they are hard to read. I don't mind if the solution is a corrected blank replacement playfield. I just did a play field replacement on a STTNG, by the looks of things MMR would be a much easier swap. Heck I'd even be willing to pay a little something for a correct play field.

MMR Support [MMR Members Only] / Certificate and Game numbering question
« on: February 07, 2016, 09:21:39 AM »
Hello all, I received MMR LE #669 on 2/5, beautiful machine and playing well. I do have a couple questions. #1 Were we supposed to receive a numbered certificate or just the plaque that is inside the game? #2 My machine is #669 but the playfield has white sticker on the edge that says #559 on it, is that normal for the play fields to be out of sync with the actual game number? Thx
