MMR Support [MMR Members Only] / Rubber ring map
« on: April 13, 2017, 11:54:51 PM »
Hi Rick,

I can't find in my MMR manual the rubber ring map.
I looked also in original Williams documentation and no trace of it.

Do you have such information with the rubber ring set list and location ?

Thanks.

Hi Rick,

Could you tell us what will be the tax policy and shipping cost for the next remake now you are based in Nevada ?

For example, is it going to be tax-free when shipped to California (or any other state) ? If not, how much tax will be charged ?
What shipping cost will you be able to offer, again for California, but I think it might interest other customers from other states as well.

Thanks.

MMR Support [MMR Members Only] / Balls not ejected by castle VUK
« on: August 30, 2016, 01:09:00 PM »
Hi,

During multiball, if 2 or more balls have to be ejected by the castle VUK, there is a strange behavior: it takes several tries to eject the first ball, but then after there is no more try to eject the other one(s). After the first ejected ball drains, then the game looks for the other and re-try the castle VUK.

Looks like the switch is disabled after being jammed by several ball to eject by the castle VUK.

Has it ever happened to you ?

thanks,
Leo.

Hi,

The gate of the castle stopped working today and logically I looked at the documentation to find a fuse.
There is one, specified in the manual as 4A 250V Slow Blow.

On the playfield board, I found the gate fuse and took it off, and yes it was blown. But it's a "T2L 250V", which is if I' not wrong a 2A fuse !!!

Who's right ? The manual and the fuse installed was wrong ? Or the fuse, and in that case the manual is wrong and an erratum must be published ?

Thanks.
Leo.
