Title: Request to include sd card upgrade with color upgrade

Since they are sending out dongles with the color (whenever that is), will they or can they include the sd card for the software update as well?

I don't own an sd card, I don't even have a port on my computer for it, it is nothing I use.

If the upgrade can be "all in one" that would be beneficial to people like me and I won't worry about trying to figure out how to install it when I'm missing components.

Well, I think the logic would go like this.


The requirement (and assumption) is that most people upgraded to the latest software release.


Then the color would be primarily a hardware chip on top of that.


So an additional SD card would just be an additional SD card as the software would be installed.


So, not sure that would be in the cards from CGC.


Are you not planning to upgrade the MMR software?


Perhaps I might offer SD cards with the software on it for people who are not technical to do it.
