Title: sound issue, software update?
Post by: hocuslocus on October 08, 2015, 11:39:44 AM
I have the audio issue listed on a previous topic (crackling at certain frequencies after being on for a prolonged period of time). I've have tried everything suggested to resolve this issue so far(reseating connection, separated audio wires from the rest of the wire loom, ferrite core noise suppressors), except the software update. I haven't seen information on where to get it.

do I just download the software update from your site onto a micro sd card?
or is this link for the old medieval madness?

is this something that I need to call in for?

Yes, that should be fixed with the software update. We are trying to get CGC to put that on the site for download, and will have that on our topic for next week when we are in Chicago.

Please go to chicago-gaming.com , on the left side of the home page under the support stuff. Please open a ticket so CGC can get you what you need.

Thank you,
Lloyd
