MMR Support [MMR Members Only] / And I've lost the keys....

First really stupid support question:

Would anyone know the type of keys are used in the coin door and translite lock?

I... umm... lost mine. 

No clue where they are. Are they a normal type of key that can be purchased from Home Depot or something like that?

MMR Support [MMR Members Only] / 50V PSU F1 fuse blew

Would anyone know what would cause the F1 50V fuse to blow on the Power Supply Board?

The machine was on (of course). While on the couch I heard what sounded like the knocker on MMR hit a couple of times. I walked over to investigate and noticed the 50V fuse (F1) on the power supply board had blown.

Should this be chalked up to a freak accident? Maybe my surge protector failed and something got through...

Just curious.

Oh, all of the other fuses are fine.

MMR Support [MMR Members Only] / No "Jackpot" audio during Castle Multiball

I'm not sure if I should have entered this in the "Software Update" thread but...

During "Castle Multiball", when either left or right ramp is hit, the DMD displays the "Jackpot" text but the expected "Jackpot" audio isn't triggered. The "Super Jackpot" audio triggers normally though during this multiball sequence.

Am I correct in thinking that the "Jackpot" audio should be triggered?

No other problems to report. It's a lovely machine. I still can't believe that I own one.
