I'm trying to contact CGC to find out the tracking # for my replacement board that was supposedly sent out. I contacted UPS and they have nothing listed as being scheduled for delivery to my address. But I was told by CGC it was shipped.
Their phones are down. And all emails bounce back or fail.
Is their an alternate #. As my distributor cannot contact them. I can not contact them. The only person I can get a hold of is Lloyd. But he can also not get in touch with them at the moment. And does not have access to that information unfortunately. But tried to help.

There is a massive Comcast outage in Chicago and nobody has internet over there and hopefully gets resolved tonight. I would give it a shot tomorrow.

If CGC said it shipped, it shipped. UPS ground to Canada can take a few days. I know it stinks that your machine has been down but it will be up soon!
