I have a credit dot with a "Castle Gate Stuck Closed" error; in game play the castle gate does not open. Can I fix this myself or is something broken? (I have opened a helpdesk ticket.)

My back right castle turret has fallen off its base. How should I go about reattaching it? If I just stick it back on there I assume it won't stay - should it be glued on?

Just got my MMr today. The only significant issue I've run into so far is that my right inlane is not registering; in test mode I get the error shown in the photo. What's the fix for this? Thanks.
