MMR Support [MMR Members Only] / MMR (CGC) Software Improvements

These aren't issues or complaints, just thoughts on future improvements to an already good platform. Whether these items are possible within the framework of the software, I don't know, but if so they could be considered for future updates.
- Individually adjustable volume for Music and Speech Channels.
- Ability to disable (or adjust the strength of) the knocker in the menu.
- Shaker operation customizability (i.e. Just Castle, disable Catapult and trolls, or any combination of the three)
- Game Pause - Like TZ Home Rom.
I'm sure others might have more, but these could be applied to the base platform for all games moving forward. Thanks for listening, love my game.
