How the frig do I get the back glass translite open!!!!!

I just got the machine but can not open the backbox, I found the key for it and it turns a quarter turn but then I can't lift it out!!!! PLEASE HELP

It should lift up and then swing the lower part out.

It might be stiff the first time. Be sure the speaker panel is pushed all the way down.

PPS:
Check the white backbox light tub relative to the size of the glass. There are some reports that the the tub is just a little larger (top to bottom) and this may cause the backbox to not have enough lift to get it out without pushing hard to do it. If that is the case then the simplest fix is to remove the backbox tub and shave (dremel, etc)  the 1/16 or 1/8" off the top or the bottom so that it is  = to the height of the glass  and that will solve the problem.
