Lock 3 insert light stays on

When starting multiball and at other seemingly random times, my lock 3 insert light stays lit. Anyone else having this issue?  Curious if this is a software bug that will be fixed or if there is some hardware issue going on. Thanks.

It looks like it could be the flasher underneath the moat casting green light on the insert from the underside
