balls stuck in moat during multiball

When 2 balls get into the moat, the one in the VUK appears to be kept from coming up to the playfield by the other ball in the moat.  I attached a link to a video of the problem.  You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login   Any one else having this problem?  Thanks for the help

Please look over the green moat and VUK under the playfield - everything look lined up okay ? If so then go into the CGC menu and make the Popper stronger.

I had a similar issue I thought, but it turned out the bulb from above that lights the castle had fallen out of it's socket and was blocking the VUK. I doubt this is your issue, but there is me "it happened to me!" story.
