Can I get some response on the status of my refund?

I sent an email to Rick on June 22nd about a refund. I understand people are busy, but any response would have been nice. I searched the forums and found his phone number. He pointed me to Jim saying he had nothing to do with that. Of course he doesn't. I sent an email to mmr@planetary pinball on August 13th. Tried again today. Is this the right email? It's a black LE, maybe someone wants it? I made the deposit to Planetary minutes after is was announced in person in Chicago.

I have sent three emails over the past month or so to various addresses including Sales, Support & MMR all @planetarypinball.com
My PPS deposit invoice is 2123 for a gold LE.
