Same here. Opened a ticket on 06/02/15. No updates and haven't received replacement parts (or notification they've been shipped).
For what it's worth, Lloyd has been great and very quick to respond, but I keep getting the same answer - "Waiting on CGC".
When will I receive my repair kit? When/How will my playfield be repaired?

It was closed for some unknown reason and never got the plunger kit so any help would be appreciated Thanks
