Where can I find information about the licensing costs and requirements? I am considering trying to write new rules for No Fear, and I need to decide if I want to try to improve what is there, or start from the beginning.

We all know how full John's plate is right now with his games, so I expect any development John may have on any 2.0 games to not start until later in the spring/summer 2015.

Boy, when this was first posted, it was seen as a POSITIVE to name drop them, now both are a ongoing blight on pinball.
