CAUTION
When moving your Strange Science Pinball Game, allow clearance for the neon tube and its plastic cover
which are mounted on top of the back box. We recommend that you detach the back box, pivot it forward on
its hinges, and lay the back box on the cabinet before moving the game.
WARNING
Remove power to the game & disconnect the cable going to the primary of the high voltage transformer, which
is located behind the shield in the back box, when:
1. Servicing the neon tube.
2. The neon tube breaks or fails (when this occurs, the cable must remain disconnected before powering
the game up).
3. Removing this shield for any reason.
Disconnect the 2-pin connector for this cable (marked "CAUTION HIGH VOLTAGE") located in the lower left
corner of the back box.
DETACHING OF PIN-GAME BACK BOX
When the back box is in a upright position and the
3/8"
hold-down bolts are removed, the back box can be
removed from the main cabinet by lifting the right corner of the back box (about
3/4'1
and pulling it slightly
towards you. Now both hinges are disengaged and the back box can be removed.
