The Ni-Wumpf board provides considerable diagnostic capability for the technition when troubleshooting where a game may be malfunctioning. The board software is written with an emphasis on maintaining the timing and compatibility with the original System 1 board with alot more functionality added in: Direct replacement of original system 1 board, 3 month warrantee and low maintenance cost, original glitches eliminated, eight year service history - thousand of boards sold, text based diagnostics menu system, repeated test cycle, display test for all digit segments and to strobe each digit, selenoid test that exercises each coil including lamp controlled coils, power-up code recision and game setting displayed, switch test, no ROM swapping for different games, free game mode, add-a-ball mode, restore factory settings option, selenoid/lamp select line protection, battery-less operation, stuck switches ignored during game play. Board is 1/2 the size of the original and presses into the original nylon posts.
