Warranty/Terms and Conditions

These balls are made from a very hard plastic, however they will wear over time. Pinballs are a consumable part of the game. These balls are designed to last approximately 700-1,000 games (depending on the machine) and are for home use only. The more uncoated metal you have in your machine, the faster the balls will wear. They should be cleaned occasionally with regular household soap and water. Do not use solvents on these balls. Under normal wear you may/may not see dirt accumulate in the seam. This is normal and it will depend on how clean the machine these balls are placed in is kept.

These balls are warranted to be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for thirty days from the date of purchase. Commercial or tournament use of these balls is NOT covered and voids the warranty.
