Time Machine Playfield - $525 obo
« on: June 16, 2016, 01:17:59 PM »
NOTE: Each of these playfields can be samples or proto's or early production or production, and we will do our best to highlight what we see in the playfield. In addition, we include several high res pictures of the playfield. If this is not sufficient for you then you may addon the additional Playfield Assurance option for the playfield which for an additional charge will get more scrutiny and interaction with our staff before the playfield is shipped. In any event ALL SALES THAT ARE SHIPPED ARE FINAL! (If for any reason you return the playfield, you agree to pay cost to ship to you and cost to return to us). It is impossible for us know if there are any deviations with these playfields as possible changes in artwork or insert colors, etc could be on these playfields as many were proto or sample, etc. When we see something different we will note it, but we may not know all of the details of any playfield, so please review the pictures carefully!NOTE: Price sold does not include shipping - which is an oversided playfield box which we will package and ship, so this will be added on separately based on destination address.

TIME MACHINE PLAYFIELD:

- MARKINGS (Date, Mfg, etc): TAG APR 27 1989. TAG MAR 22 1989
- TYPE: Sample or Proof Playfield - where to lay out all of the mechanisms, etc.
- CONDITION: good
- FINISH: has base coat, does not appear to have clear coat
- DRILLED: Playfield is not drilled - but may help that the outlines of the mechs (if they are correct shows where everything is)
- DIMPLED: no dimples
- COLOR/INK: no issues art looks pretty good
- SCRAPES/SCRATCHES: minor scrapes and scratches..
minor chipping, center of playfield, left of "star warp shot" insert.
small scratch, middle-right of playfield, near "1980" insert. Small scratch on right slingshot area.
- WARPAGE: there is a small area along the top edge of the playfield, where an inner wood layer appears to have overlapped itself, creating a tiny bulge towards the rear side of the playfield. Not visible and not an issue that we can see, but a little different.
- OTHER: small black paint drip, center of playfield underneath "star warp shot" insert.
Bottom-center of playfield, the decal on the "3X" insert appears to be distorted or misprinted.
Minor insert lifting throughout.
Typical yellowing of white paint/base coat is apparent.
